We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, finishes, and features of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate. Custom-modified, specially engraved, or custom-sized luxury timepieces are final sale and non-returnable unless defective upon initial delivery.
Billing, Order Accuracy, and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
Payment Methods & Cryptocurrency Terms We accept standard credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, USDT).
Cryptocurrency Settlement Terms:
Payment Instructions: Customers selecting cryptocurrency at checkout receive wallet deposit details and QR codes immediately on the post-checkout confirmation page and via email.
Rate Lock Window: Cryptocurrency exchange rates are locked for exactly 30 minutes from order placement. Payments sent after 30 minutes may be subject to recalculation based on current spot prices.
Network Fees: The customer is solely responsible for paying all applicable blockchain network (gas) fees associated with transferring funds.
Confirmations: Orders are fulfilled only after receiving required blockchain network confirmations (typically 15 to 30 minutes).
Shipping & Delivery Terms All physical shipments of high-value timepieces and jewelry are fully insured during transit against loss, theft, or damage. Deliveries require an adult signature upon arrival.
