  3. Email Instructions: You will also receive an automated order notification via email containing the unique deposit wallet address and payment confirmation instructions.

4. Important Notes for Crypto Payments

  • Exchange Rates: Prices for cryptocurrency transactions are locked for 30 minutes from the time of checkout. Please complete your transaction within this window to prevent payment discrepancies.

  • Network Fees: Customers are responsible for any blockchain network/gas fees associated with sending their payment.

  • Underpayment / Overpayment: If an incorrect amount is sent, please contact info@jefferybjewellers.com with your order ID and Transaction Hash (TxID) so our finance team can manually reconcile your account.
